Our Story
For more than 30 years, this practice has been part of dental care in Little Rock. Established by Dr. Gary Weisbly and Dr. Drake Hawkins, the practice was founded on a simple idea: provide high-quality, compassionate dentistry in an environment where patients feel known, heard, and cared for.
We carry that tradition forward today. With more than 65 years of combined clinical experience across our team, Dr. David Rainwater and Dr. Michael Drake continue the practice’s long-standing focus on careful dentistry, advanced training, and strong relationships with the people they serve.
Dr. Rainwater joined the practice in 2013, followed by Dr. Michael Drake in 2025, completing a team built for long-term care. Together, they continue a tradition centered on relationships, careful treatment planning, and helping patients keep their teeth healthy for as long as possible.
The name on the door has evolved, but the reason for being here hasn't changed.

Our doctors have completed advanced training, including certification in full-arch rehabilitation at Arrowhead Labs. We use the iTero digital scanner to map your smile in precise 3D detail, so you can see what we’re planning before treatment begins. Cone Beam CT/3D imaging, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and T-Scan digital bite analysis technology help us evaluate your teeth, bite, and jaw more accurately and explain your treatment options more clearly.
For patients who need extra comfort, we offer both nitrous oxide and oral sedation.

Our Office
Our modern facility is located at the corner of Sam Peck and Cantrell Road in West Little Rock, close to Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center. It's easy to find, with convenient parking and plenty of room for families.
We designed the office to feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Treatment rooms include ceiling-mounted TVs, music options, and complimentary Wi-Fi to help visitors feel more relaxed and comfortable.
Our digital X-rays reduce radiation by up to 75% compared to traditional X-rays, and our sterilization area meets the highest standards for infection control and patient safety.
We schedule by appointment and take your time seriously. Our team works hard to stay on schedule so you're not sitting in the waiting room longer than you should be. We also make every effort to see dental emergencies the same day.

David Rainwater, DDS
General Dentist, Partner
Dr. Rainwater is a Little Rock native who earned his DDS with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. He has been part of the practice since 2013 and brings 14 years of experience, advanced training in full-arch rehabilitation at Arrowhead Dental Lab, and Invisalign certification. His approach is straightforward: honest, comprehensive care built around a long-term plan.

Michael Drake, DDS
General Dentist, Partner
Dr. Drake is a Little Rock native who earned his DDS from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. With a background in teaching, he’s known for explaining care clearly and in an approachable way. He has completed 100+ hours of advanced training in occlusion and implant dentistry and is a certified Invisalign provider. His goal is to help patients understand their options and build a plan that supports their long-term oral health.

Sukhmani Scott, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Scott earned her DMD from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed a hospital-based general practice residency at UAB, where she gained experience across a wide range of dental needs. She has advanced training in cosmetic and therapeutic Botox through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is known for her calm, compassionate approach to patient care. She is a member of the ADA and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
