Kim<\/h3>\n

Kim joined our staff in January of 2016 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in dental hygiene. Kim is a south Arkansas girl who grew up in Camden but put roots down in Little Rock when she moved here for dental hygiene school. After receiving her degree from UAMS, she worked in both periodontal and general offices and has since provided dental hygiene care for many patients. You will love meeting Kim at your initial exam and seeing her for your periodic cleanings. Kim is a warm and caring person that will take great care of you and your family. When not seeing patients, you can find Kim at a football or baseball game, cheering on the Razorbacks or her favorite athlete, and spending time with her son Sam.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Kristen<\/h3>\n

Kristen joined our team in the summer of 2016 following her graduation from the UAMS hygiene program. She is originally from Pine Bluff. Kristen played D1 softball at UCA while obtaining her bachelor\u2019s degree in Nutrition Dietetics. When she is out of the office she enjoys hanging out with her husband and two daughters planning their next Disney trip.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Abby<\/h3>\n

Abby was born and raised in Hazen, Arkansas. She attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, where she laid the foundation for her career in dentistry. After earning her degree, she worked as a dental assistant for two years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient care. Motivated by a passion in the dental field, she went on to attend dental hygiene school in Memphis, Tennessee, where she further honed her skills and expertise. Outside of her professional life, Abby enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing golf, and relaxing during the summer months at Greers Ferry Lake. She is committed to providing top-notch care and making every patient\u2019s experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Zoe<\/h3>\n

Zoe is originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, where she spent her childhood. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at UAMS. Zoe is passionate about helping patients feel more confident in their smiles, as it plays such an integral role in their overall appearance. Outside of the office, Zoe enjoys spending time with her husband, Gabe and pets. She loves outdoor activities, which, of course, means she jumped on the pickleball bandwagon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Anna<\/h3>\n

Anna has worked alongside Dr. Rainwater since 2020 and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2016. A Pine Bluff native, she graduated from Robinson High School before continuing her education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR).<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Anna stays busy with her daughter, Brooklyn and husband, Trey. She loves spending summers at Lake Ouachita and is a genuine animal lover! Ask her about some of the pets she\u2019s raised. Anna brings expertise and professionalism along with warmth and enthusiasm to her patients as she does to her everyday life.<\/p>\n

Tracy<\/h3>\n

Tracy moved to Cabot in May of 2021 from \u201cSweet Home Alabama.\u201d She brings over 20 years of chairside assisting to our practice. Tracy got her degree at Columbus Technical College in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors. From kayaking and canoeing to camping with her husband David and family, keep an eye out for Tracy at your local state park! Tracy has four daughters - Katie, Tayla, Priscilla, Baylie; two amazing son-n-laws and three wonderful grandsons, Bowen, Barrett, and Triton!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Lexi joined our team after serving three years in the Air Force, bringing with her a wealth of discipline and dedication. After relocating to Arkansas with her husband, Dylan, and their daughter Layla, Lexi has become a valued member of our team. Her compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to making your dental experience as smooth and comfortable as possible sets her apart. Lexi is always ready to go above and beyond, ensuring that every patient feels cared for and supported throughout their visit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Danette<\/h3>\n

Danette joined Rainwater Drake Dental Group in 2022 and has been a dedicated member of the dental field for an impressive 45 years. With a passion for making people smile, she takes pride in helping others feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Outside of work, Danette is a proud mother of four and a grandmother to eight, cherishing every moment spent with her family. She enjoys spending time in nature, especially hiking, exploring waterfalls, and tending to her beautiful flower gardens, often accompanied by her grandkids. Danette\u2019s caring nature and love for her family shine through in everything she does, both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Aileen<\/h3>\n

Aileen is a native Floridian and graduated as valedictorian of her class from Sanford Brown Institute in 2012. Since then, she has enjoyed a fulfilling career in dentistry, working in Florida, Tennessee, and now Arkansas. In her free time, you can find Aileen ballroom dancing, hiking, or spending time with her three wonderful children.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Chriss<\/h3>\n

Although Chriss was born in El Paso, Texas she considers herself an Arkansas Native. Chriss is one of the smiling faces that is waiting to greet you when you walk in the door. Chriss has over twenty years of experience in the dental industry. She is very knowledgeable with insurance and treatment plans and will be able to assist you with financial questions. She enjoys building strong patient relationships and is always striving to make your visit with our office a positive experience. She feels very fortunate to work with doctors who are committed to providing quality dentistry. She is the proud wife of Dave who retired after serving 34 years in the U.S. Military. When she is not in the office, Chriss enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling on her Can-Am Spyder. Amy<\/h3>\n

Amy joined our team in the summer of 2023. She is a Little Rock native and attended both the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Central Arkansas. She has worked in the dental field since 1993. Amy is knowledgeable in all aspects of the front office having experience working as Insurance Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, and Office Manager over the years. She provides a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and strives to make their experience at Rainwater Drake Dental Group the best in central Arkansas. When Amy is not at work, she spends time with her son, Carson, husband, Chris, and their dog, Mila. She loves music, trivia, and the Arkansas Razorbacks!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Sophi joined the practice in early 2025, bringing with her a strong background in both clinical and administrative dental care. As a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Business, Sophi offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and organizational expertise. She is committed to creating a positive and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. When she's not at the front desk helping patients feel at ease, Sophi enjoys spending time with friends, visiting family in Iowa, and experiencing all that Little Rock has to offer!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
